THIS IS A PAID MEMBERSHIP

Membership dues for chapter leaders is at a discounted monthly rate of $34.99 or you may choose the quarterly payment option of $104.97 or the annual payment option of $419.88. The monthly, quarterly or annual bill date will be your join date and all future payments will auto draft based on that date.’

Expectations

WOI Chapter Leaders are responsible for but not limited to the following:

- Build and Promote Women of Insurance Brand - Build Chapter Membership based on the Vision, Mission and Goals of Women of Insurance - Plan and host virtual and in person events in effort to build and strengthen relationships with other women in insurance on a local level - Promote Women of Insurance Events including but not limited to Annual Retreats and Biennial Conferences - Encourage Attendance and Ticket Sales through sharing benefits of attendance with Chapter Members as well as with people in general that work in insurance - Consistently bring in new chapter members

Requirements to maintain Leadership position: This list is not all inclusive and can be changed at anytime based on organizational needs.

*60 day probationary period to start upon position acceptance. This will allow adequate time to determine if this position is a good fit for the chapter leader and for Women of Insurance.

- Consist progress with chapter - Effective and timely communication - Efficient and timely with handling tasks - Attend mandatory monthly meeting - Attend annual conference - Purchase Conference Ticket in full or initiate payment plan within 14 days of accepting position when tickets are on sale - Schedule first event within 30 days of accepting position - Schedule 2 events per month. Events can be in person or virtual. All events are scheduled through Women of Insurance Calendly account. - Check and engage with other chapter leaders and your chapter members consistently - Ensure your email is paid in full and on time when due if paying for an email through WOI - Enable notifications for your WOI email as this is the email that will be used for all communication related to Women of Insurance - Be present and engage consistently on social media in our groups - Promote Women of Insurance brand, our conference and your chapter weekly (you can outsource this to an assistant if preferred or schedule these posts in advance each week) - Be familiar with member benefits and the cost as well as conference details so you can easily share information and be prepared to answer questions - Must remain current with membership dues

Membership Dues

- Chapter Leaders: $34.99 monthly or $419.88 annually - 3 consecutive payment issues will result in removal from leadership position.

I understand that failure to meet the requirements and expectations of the chapter leader role will result in termination of the position.

I also understand that termination of chapter leader position does not exclude me from member status or other opportunities with Women of Insurance provided my removal was not due to an ethical or moral violation.
