If not, will you be able to purchase your ticket within 14 days of accepting this position?(Required) Yes No I already have my ticket or a payment plan in place I am unavailable to attend OtherExpectationsWOI Chapter Leaders are responsible for but not limited to the following:- Build and Promote Women of Insurance Brand - Build Chapter Membership based on the Vision, Mission and Goals of Women of Insurance - Plan and host virtual and in person events in effort to build and strengthen relationships with other women in insurance on a local level - Promote Women of Insurance Events including but not limited to Annual Retreats and Biennial Conferences - Encourage Attendance and Ticket Sales through sharing benefits of attendance with Chapter Members as well as with people in general that work in insurance - Consistently bring in new chapter membersRequirements to maintain Leadership position: This list is not all inclusive and can be changed at anytime based on organizational needs.*60 day probationary period to start upon position acceptance. This will allow adequate time to determine if this position is a good fit for the chapter leader and for Women of Insurance.- Consist progress with chapter - Effective and timely communication - Efficient and timely with handling tasks - Attend mandatory monthly meeting - Attend annual conference - Purchase Conference Ticket in full or initiate payment plan within 14 days of accepting position when tickets are on sale - Schedule first event within 30 days of accepting position - Schedule 2 events per month. Events can be in person or virtual.
